Safety continues to remain our highest priority for our campers and staff during these tough times. With the uncertainty of facility opening dates in the city of Tampa, we still remain hopeful we will be able to obtain a field in South Tampa to hold a couple of weeks of day camp. At this time all facilities remain closed.

The only facility we have in place to hold camps is Cinco Soccer. We want to give a special thank you to Keith Rados and Cinco Soccer for allowing camps to happen. Our first week was very successful June 22-26 and we feel this is the perfect setting to hold camps in a safe environment for the campers and staff. The dates for the remaining day camps at Cinco Soccer are July 13-17 & August 3-7, 2020. All-day camps have been adjusted to Monday through Friday from 9am to 1pm, no lunch is provided. To register for this camp only – register on our website: https://tampaelitesa.com/register/

For those who have pre-registered for youth day camps, you have secured placement in our summer camps & need to let us know the camp you want to be moved to. Our max capacity for all day camps will be 60 campers, once we hit 60 campers – the day camps will close. If families want refunds for pre-registrations to date, you will be giving up your secured placement in any camps offered in the 2020 summer programming.

**If you request a refund, it may take 3-5 business days with PayPal.

**The Resident (overnight) camp scheduled for June 12-14, 2020 & the College ID camp July 19, 2020 @ University of Tampa are canceled. College ID camp dates for the fall @ the University of Tampa are currently posted online.

Stay safe and we look forward to seeing you this summer.

TESA Rules for Campers, Staff, and Parents

  1. All Sun Block needs to be applied by parents of children prior to entering the facility at the start of each day camp. Staff will not be permitted to apply sunblock on athletes at the camp. Parents need to make sure children know how to properly apply sunblock on their face in the event it is needed during the camp hours.
  2. Parents are not permitted to enter the facility.
  3. Temperature checks will occur prior to campers & staff entering the facility. We also ask that parents check their child’s temperature prior to leaving home. If a temperature is at 100 degrees they should not bring their children to camp. This will also be a requirement for staff.
  4. Campers will remain with their groups for the week to reduce the risk of contact with other campers/staff. Siblings if in similar ages will be grouped together.
  5. Players with fevers or other symptoms are not permitted to practice.
  6. The Athletic Trainer hired for camp will have the final say of players participating in camp/s.
  7. Parent drop off – parents must be in masks.
  8. No Congregating Policy for players or parents in parking lots, at drop off zones, at entrance/exit areas of facility, or before or after a training session.

  7. Compliance with all local and state guidelines.

In light of the coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19), TESA Soccer Camps Coaches and Staff are monitoring the situation closely with the safety of our participants and staff in mind. Like you, we’re optimistic that COVID-19 will be contained in the near-term and allow for us to kick-off our summer camps. At this time our camps are planned for the summer. We know that you need to make choices with confidence and our top priority is the safety and well being of our participants, coaches, and all involved. Therefore, we will be extending the early bird pricing through May 31, 2020. If you have not already registered for camp you can now register and lock in our currently discounted rates. If we receive confirmation that our summer camps will not be able to run as scheduled, you will be emailed information on our plan for the summer and refunds. We wish you and your family safety and health during this tough time with the pandemic.

The safety and well-being of our campers and staff continue to remain our highest priority. The University of Tampa will not permit summer camps on campus this summer. We are guided by public health officials regarding whether appropriate progress has been made and whether a phased return is ready to begin. Although we received positive news on camps and youth sports to resume from the Governor in late May, we are waiting for local facilities and fields to open. At this time they are closed and we will announce of summer plans once we get word from city officials. We also have established TESA Return to Play guidelines and General Guidelines we will follow as we guide through each phase. These guidelines are posted on our website.

Knowing that camps this year may be “different” from in the years past. We plan on communicating with all campers and families to provide follow up information as well as our plans for the summer. Once we finalize the site/s and times, we will reach out to all families and update the website.

We are actively looking at alternate sites for our youth day camps and feel confident we will be able to provide programming for our campers when the local restrictions are lifted at facilities.

For those who have pre-registered for youth day camps, you have secured placement in our summer camp/s when we are able to resume. We want to be transparent with families as we feel there will be a capacity limit restrictions in place that will be less than our normal capacity in years past. The safety of our campers will remain a premium for our camps offered and we will not exceed the capacity limit for any camp/s. If families want refunds for pre-registrations to date, you will be giving up your secured placement in any camps offered in the 2020 summer programming. For example – if the maximum capacity for day camp is 50 campers, once that limit is reached – the camp will be closed. All currently pre-registered will be given 1st priority for camps or changes in dates when our adjusted schedule is secured.

**If you request a refund, you are forgoing your placement in the camp/s for the summer and we will not cover fees PayPal is not returning to customers. To get back into a camp listed, you will need to register online again and lose current placement in camp/s.

To request a refund please email Adrian Bush at ab.tesacamps@gmail.com

**Day Camps 1, 2, and 3 are CANCELLED. We are hoping to resume our summer schedule the week of June 22, 2020.

**The Resident (overnight) camp scheduled for June 12-14, 2020 & the College ID camp July 19, 2020, @ University of Tampa are canceled. We will be looking to do a college ID camp in the fall at the University of Tampa. Refunds have been issued to all families who have registered for either resident camp. Stay safe and we look forward to seeing you this summer.
